late noisepower outages
The location was central but the noise at night was difficult to sleep through. i could hear restaurant noise late into the night. That was so disappointing, especially after long days. the power also went out a couple of times . i had to reset the breaker each time, it became a bit of a nuisance

The lock on my front door was temperamental. I often struggled to open the door. There was no hot water on two days.

Absolutely perfect hotel!

We stayed in the Junior Suite. The staff was amazing and helped arrange rides to the airport. Our room overlooking the courtyard had Venetian style furnishings. The morning breakfast was wonderful and accommodated many tastes. The facility is excellent!
The couch and the beds were very hard and the furniture was very uncomfortable. Also there was a very bad smell in the bathroom. We stayed for 1 night and didn't have the time to mention it during the day.

Breakfast was amazing, it was my favorite meal. The breakfast staff were attentive and nice too. The food options provided tastes and traditions associated with different cultures. I like!

great stay in a Benedetto Marcello apartment

we used a two bedroom apartment called benedetto marcello. reception staff was helpful, they helped us find the apartment about a 3 minute walk away. the apartment was very spacious and clean. we found a coffee machine with complimentary pods which was great.
Doors did not lock in the bathrooms. i also found the front door a struggle to lock. Overall i had difficulty with it.

the room features parquet flooring and a rainfall shower. a jacuzzi bath overlooks the square! the bed was very big and comfortable. the bathroom was clean and warm.

the staff accepted our bags early and stored them without complication. they advised us on how to get the most out of our short stay. i will bring my family back to this hotel very soon. the apartment was much bigger than expected and very beautiful.
the location of the apartment is in another building to the main location. the apartment cleaning was not good, and it has no daily cleaning service.
